Stitch Journals
I use a stitch journaling process as a meaningful way to engage in hand embroidery development. This has been a positive discovery of way of working that generates ideas and stops me overthinking. For these stitch journals I resolved to commit to the process of stitching daily for a 30 minute period for one month. I enjoy this marking of time and engaging with a meditative process. Limit setting can be a useful creative tool.
